Using Instagram Reels is pretty simple and straightforward. You can directly record it from the Reels section or you can use a video on your smartphone to turn it into Reel. Follow the steps below to do so.

Open the Instagram app on your Instagram

Assuming you are logged in, you’ll Instagram reels download now see your feed

Swipe right to access the Instagram camera

Click on the Reels options at the bottom

Swipe up to access your gallery

Select the video you want to post in Reels and make necessary adjustments

Why did Instagram delete my Reel?

Instagram doesn’t remove any content unnecessarily. If your Reel has been removed by the social media platform, it could be because of others reporting your content, not following community guidelines, and not verifying the linked email address or phone number.
